The packaging design process can be divided into four steps:
1. Design Communication
2. Material Collection
3. Initial Design Draft
4. Revision and Confirmation
Before starting the formal design, it’s important to confirm the design requirements, such as the brand category, intended use of the packaging, required dimensions, and box style. If there is a clear budget, please inform us in advance.
Next, provide the necessary files, including the brand logo, copywriting, and any essential elements. Also, confirm the design direction through communication between the designer and the brand team. If there is an existing preferred packaging style, it can help accelerate the design progress.
Once the design direction is confirmed, the formal design process begins.
The sample-making process consists of four steps:
1. Requirement Confirmation
2. Paper Selection
3. Craft Selection
4. Sample Approval
Before starting the sample, we usually confirm the design file. If you don’t have a design yet, we can provide suitable case references based on your product, box style, size, and budget to help guide the direction.
Once the requirements are confirmed, we move on to selecting the surface paper and printing/finishing techniques, then calculate the final quotation. After the quotation is approved, we will proceed to arrange the sample production.
(During this process, we can assist with basic layout typesetting, but this does not include original design services.)
Once the sample is completed, we will send the physical sample via courier for your confirmation to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
Our factory operates with a mature and efficient production process. If the order involves special techniques such as printing, foil stamping, or silver stamping, we will schedule a sample review in advance and confirm the timeline with the client. For standard processes, no additional confirmation is required.
The final product quality and delivery timeline will follow the approved sample and the signed contract.
Process Timeline Summary:
• Packaging Design: Typically 5-7 days
• Sample-Making: Typically 3-7 days
• Mass Production: 10-20 days
If you have a specific deadline for using the packaging, we recommend starting the packaging design at least 45 days in advance and arranging sample-making at least 30 days in advance. This ensures sufficient time for adjustments and guarantees the best possible final result.
Our products are shipped from China to international destinations using various logistics methods:
• We primarily use air freight, which offers faster delivery and is ideal for time-sensitive orders.
• For large-volume orders, we recommend sea freight, which is more cost-effective and suitable for bulk shipments.
Please note that for full-container or large-scale sea freight orders, customers are required to have their own customs clearance capability.
The specific shipping method and cost will depend on your delivery address, order volume, weight, and delivery timeline requirements.
All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. We will assist you in selecting the most cost-efficient, reliable, and safe logistics solution and provide a detailed quotation accordingly.
We offer multiple convenient international payment options to ensure fast and secure transactions for our global customers:
• PayPal
• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
• Bank Transfer (T/T)
• Wise (formerly TransferWise)
All payments must be completed before sample confirmation and mass production. We will recommend the most suitable payment method based on the order amount and cooperation terms.
